An Application of Online Learning Class Management Through Reward and Punishment

Rewards and punishments are needed so that learning in class runs smoothly there no significant problems. This study aims to describe the application of classroom management through reward punishment online process Class II Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Al Hasna Klaten from an perspective. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. data this results interviews with a teacher six students’ second grade SDIT Klaten, observations, documentation. sources were second-grade students at Klaten. analysis technique interactive techniques consisting collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion. validity was tested by observing persistence triangulation sources. showed planning, implementation, evaluation stages management, rewards given directly form positive response providing praise, emoticons, other forms added value. Children process. In contrast, entirely appropriate wise warnings additional assignments continue achieve good outcomes. addition, way asked do things make up for their mistakes, such as giving charity, istighfar (prayer), apologizing. can contribute improvement learning.
